I usually go to home depot but the stores always seem so fast an intimidating. Lowe's just felt friendly and I was able to get supplies for projects I wanted to do for months. I come here a lot since I work right across the street but I think I'm going to start going to HD which is only a 2 min drive from this location. Went in yesterday and got a nasty attitude from an employee because I was looking at something in an isle that was being closed off. Then last week I go in to get an AC unit that shows 1 in stock, and I was immediately told that they didn't have it. However, I was told I could order for store pickup and one would be shipped to the store.
I needed to change my shower faucet...l was told to wait in aisle 16 and someone would be there to help...never happened. I final looked up on YouTube what l needed. I'm sooo proud l fixed it myself after 4 trips to the store... But Customer service counter gets an "A" for refunding my money for all the wrong items, l purchased until l found the right one...

Installation services are available for a variety of home products including appliances, windows, flooring, roofing and fencing. This is about a purchase made through Lowe's online. Ordered my item and everything was fine. I received the notification from my bank that payment was made. Fast forward 24 hours and I get the same notification from my bank that I was charged AGAIN by Lowe's.
I called customer service and they told me that's been an issue they have been having recently and the other charge will "fall off" in a few days. Thankfully, I have the notifications on my phone and was able to see the 2nd charge. Now, just waiting to see, if and when, the money will go back into my account.

I'm normally a Home Depot shopper, but lately I've been going to Lowe's because they have products that Home Depot doesn't carry. Lowe's is very clean, straight forward, and well lit. I can never speak to any department about items ordered. Items ordered was suppose to take 4-5 days, but 3 weeks later, I still haven't received items that I paid for upfront. During the week you can never speak to any department representative on the phone, and it's a long shot speaking to one in person. You have to get in your vehicle and physically travel to the store to get any answers, because the departments never pick up the phone. This was my first experience doing business with Loews, and this definitely will be my last.
